I wanted to create Careerafterkids.com because I wanted to empower other mums to get back on the career ladder after baby-break.
When I was looking to go back to work after maternity leave, I was worried about leaving my baby and thought there wasn’t a lot of support out there from a mum’s point of view.
So, I thought to myself, “why not put my recruitment and mummy skills together”! From that point on, “Careersafterkids.com” was born and has been helping mums master a flexible work/life balance for them and their families.
I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for over 12 years and have sourced candidates for investment banks to government organisations.
Trust me, I know it can be a juggling act from managing a business with a child who’s been up all-night teething, but now it’s time to think of you -a great mum and a great woman.
